Pam made us feel relaxed straight away with some lighthearted jokes. She was able give us all the information we needed to prepare us for the upcoming birth of our little girl Frankie. The class was fun, informative and most of all relaxed. Pam was able to fit in with our schedule and was very flexible even when we had to change the date due to work commitments.
